Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a data scientist to build data-driven personalization and content-discovery solutions for Prime Video. You will work on embedded science projects that influence what millions of customers see daily.

You will balance rigorous analysis with delivery speed, partnering with product and science peers to define metrics, validate models, and deploy scalable analyses across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data querying languages (SQL) or scripting experience.
• 2+ years of data scientist experience.
• 3+ years of ML/statistical modeling experience.
• Experience applying theoretical models in applied environments.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced statistical and ML techniques on large-scale data sets.
• Design end-to-end data science workflows from data to deployment.
• Support scalable analyses by building datasets for analytics and ML use cases.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay current with data science tools and best practices.
