Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Machine Learning Data Scientist to design, develop, and scale analytics and ML solutions across ERP systems and distribution channels. You will apply statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and AI/ML techniques to uncover insights, improve forecasting, and drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and can communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, CS or related quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in data science, ML, or analytics.
• Strong background in statistical modeling, forecasting, and experimental design.
• Experience building, deploying, and improving predictive ML models.
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, Spark or distributed data platforms.
• Excellent communication to explain concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data integration across multiple enterprise systems.
• Experience in aviation, supply chain, logistics, or related industries is a plus.
• Experience in government-regulated environments is a plus.

We are seeking a Machine Learning Data Scientist to design, develop, and scale advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that support strategic business decisions. This role will work with complex datasets across multiple ERP systems and distribution channels, applying statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and AI/ML techniques to uncover insights, improve forecasting, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (Master's degree preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, forecasting, regression, classification, clustering, and experimental design
• Experience developing, deploying, and improving predictive analytics and machine learning models
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL for data analysis and model development
• Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets in business-driven environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with Azure cloud services and machine learning tools
• Exposure to AWS, GCP, Spark, or distributed data processing platforms
• Experience building forecasting, optimization, recommendation, market intelligence, or analytics products
• Knowledge of data integration and validation across multiple enterprise systems
• Experience within aviation, supply chain, logistics, or related industries is a plus
• Experience supporting government-regulated environments is a plus
