Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years in data science focusing on data quality, model evaluation, or observability in production.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for analysis, metrics, and validation.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks.
• Solid grasp of statistics, data drift, and anomaly detection.
• Experience with GenAI or LLM systems and telemetry instrumentation.
• Strong ability to communicate complex data quality risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain gold-standard ground-truth datasets for model evaluation and validation.
• Audit training data for bias and fairness gaps and monitor data drift over time.
• Define, track, and report data quality metrics for engineering and leadership.
• Design automated data quality rules with Data Engineering integration into CI/CD.
• Define and own ML observability metrics for model health and performance.
• Develop dashboards and reporting workflows giving real-time health views across ML systems.
• Analyze telemetry across GenAI workflows to surface quality signals and actionable insights.
• Identify degradation patterns and recommend fixes to data and model teams.
