Job Requirements
- Design and develop scalable AI solutions integrated with business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for AI-driven improvements and innovations.
- Integrate analytics, algorithms, and models with PowerBI tools for seamless data flow.
- Process, cleanse, and verify data integrity for analysis.
- Design and maintain a unified data layer ('Feature Factory') for ML pipelines.
- Handle ad-hoc analysis and data requests from stakeholders.
- Support existing analytical processes and meet service expectations.
- Document code and processes comprehensively.
- Prepare presentations and summaries of analysis findings for stakeholders.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML models for continuous integration and delivery.
- Monitor and optimize ML model performance in production environments.
Job Qualifications
- Strong Python coding skills.
- Experience with machine learning platforms (e.g., Databricks, SageMaker, Azure ML).
- Proficient in machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, XGBoost).
- Advanced knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools (numpy, pandas, Matplotlib).
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, including complex joins, CTEs, and aggregations.
- Experience with advanced SQL techniques like window functions, subqueries, and performance tuning.
- Experience designing and documenting machine learning architectures and pipelines.
- Proficiency with Databricks Asset Bundles, Terraform, Azure DevOps for ML workflows.
- Familiarity with MLflow for experiment tracking and model management.
- Ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of ML Operations and/or Data Science experience.
- Experience with PowerBI development.
- Experience with Generative AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML services.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance practices.
