Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist with expertise in machine learning and statistics.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and database management.
• Experience with data architectures and visualization tools such as OBIEE or Tableau; Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze large datasets for evaluating and enhancing products, services, and customer programs.
• Design, test, and implement data-driven solutions including reporting, auditing, and preparing databases for statistical analysis.
• Build and deploy machine learning algorithms to develop predictive models that improve customer experience and business outcomes.
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize model performance, ensuring data accuracy and reliability in production environments.
