Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC seeks a Data Scientist to enable advanced analytics across the Joint Intelligence Operations Center. You will apply statistics, ML, and data engineering to process large, multi-source intelligence data, building AI/ML models that support decision-making and mission readiness.

Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and scientists to develop scalable analytics, automate data workflows, and deliver predictive insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
3–5 years of data science or analytics experience.
Proficiency in Python, R and SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools Power BI or Tableau.
Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Ability to translate complex findings for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Perform complex statistical analysis, modeling, and data mining.
Design and implement advanced data visualizations to support operations.
Build and validate statistical and predictive models across multi-INT sources.
Develop AI/ML algorithms and automation workflows.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to support operational planning.
Create automated data ingestion, conditioning, and integration processes.
Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and computer scientists to improve workflows.
Improve data quality, metadata, and predictive capabilities.
