Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Data Scientist, Mid to join the Data and AI team within the CIO organization in McLean, VA. In this role, you will develop partnerships with business leaders to understand, document, prioritize, and solve company-wide reporting requirements. Equipped with communication, project management, data modeling, and data visualization expertise, you will collaborate within a team of data scientists and data engineers to transform disparate data sources into meaningful insights. You will leverage Databricks and other advanced analytics tools to refine pipelines, automate workflows, and enhance the performance and reliability of enterprise data products. You’ll also own existing dashboards and reporting assets—updating, troubleshooting, and enhancing them as business needs evolve.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
