You will develop, deploy, and refine ML models, perform EDA, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences while staying current with AI trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in CS, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining ML models in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Scala is a plus.
• Advanced SQL skills and working with large-scale structured and unstructured data.
• Hands-on with PySpark, Spark, and distributed data processing.

This role will partner with business leaders, product teams, and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities where advanced analytics and machine learning can create strategic value. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex business challenges through data driven insights and predictive modeling. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning solutions while helping shape the organization's AI and analytics capabilities.
