• 6+ years of experience in data science or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; quantitative discipline preferred.
• Familiarity with ML or causal inference concepts is a plus.
• Experience with testing and statistics behind testing is desirable.

Data Scientist IV Remote Summary: Some experience with Marketing DS or DS in some type of business/monetization function would be helpful. Work in ML would be helpful. Responsibilities: You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize our marketing performance. You will develop and implement measurement frameworks to assess the impact of marketing campaigns on perception, engagement, and revenue growth. You will dive deep on strategic analysis to drive optimizations in how we connect with advertisers of all sizes around the world, and will collaborate with product, growth, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to drive impactful change and shape the future of the company. You will create data science solutions to maximize growth among business audiences, including advanced targeting and dynamic content personalization. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your skills in experimentation, causal inference, AI/ML, and statistics, combined with business understanding, to drive real impact for our Marketing. You will have autonomy and influence, with direct impact on marketing strategy and decision-making.
Required Skills: 6+ years of experience Ability to do impactful business analysis including descriptive analysis, ML, etc. Familiarity with machine learning or causal inference concepts Familiarity with testing and statistics behind testing Preferred Skills: Marketing DS experience Deeper familiarity with experimental systems Education/Experience: Bachelors degree, needs to be able to understand statistics/have statistics experience Pay range is $76 - $81 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
