AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist for ITA to lead analytical model design, KPI insights, and client-facing outputs in a small, high-performance team.

The role combines SQL and Python depth with statistical rigor to analyze pharma program performance, hub operations, and access/reimbursement data; strong communication to non-technical stakeholders is essential.

Experience in pharma, pharma consulting, health insurer, or PBM, and familiarity with ThoughtSpot or Power BI are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years in healthcare analytics with pharma or PBM experience.
• Strong SQL and cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake preferred).
• Python required; pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with hub programs or pharmacy data is a plus.
• Experience with ThoughtSpot or Power BI preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute ad hoc and recurring analyses for six KPI families.
• Build and maintain analytical models across KPI families with rigorous methods.
• Develop cohort analyses, survival curves, regression models, and distributions.
• Identify trends and frame findings as hypotheses with evidence.
• Prepare QBR data pulls, visuals, and narratives for clients.
• Produce client-ready charts, tables, and written summaries.
• Document methodologies and data transformations for reproducibility.
• Surface data quality issues with governance teams.
