Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, CS, engineering, economics, or related quantitative field
• Foundational programming skills in Python and SQL
• Understanding of core statistics and introductory ML techniques
• Experience preparing and working with data through coursework, internships, or projects
• Familiarity with Git and version control

Responsibilities

• Explore, clean, and prepare structured datasets to support analysis and modeling
• Build, test, and validate statistical and ML models under supervision
• Support data pipeline development including ETL tasks
• Assist with model deployment, testing, and monitoring in production environments
• Document findings and communicate methodology to technical and business audiences
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to meet milestones
• Follow standards for code quality, reproducibility, and privacy/compliance
