About the job

In this role, you will develop auction user cost to optimize for business, implement user perception survey infrastructure to measure user experience, and improve ads quality through relevance, creative quality, and more.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range depends on work location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share specific details during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across projects to identify and clarify business or product questions. Provide feedback to translate questions into analysis, evaluation metrics, or models.
  • Design and evaluate models to mathematically express and solve defined problems, using specialized knowledge and data infrastructure.
  • Gather information on business goals, priorities, and data infrastructure related to the questions.
  • Own the process of data collection, extraction, and validation across sources using tools like SQL, R, Python, ensuring data quality and readiness for analysis.
