This role will be at the forefront of transforming complex customer complaint data into actionable insights that support US Compliance stakeholders, senior management, and multiple committees across TD. The successful candidate will be comfortable interfacing with a myriad of complaint data stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable complaint data products, tools, and reports, as well as embracing AI enabled capabilities, including Machine Learning, NLP, and LLMs while fostering clear human in the loop controls, transparency, and governance.
