Job description

Job Title: Data Scientist III

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI models tailored to business needs.

* Internalize and integrate external AI programs and ensuring compatibility with our systems.

* Utilize Python/PyTorch/TensorFlow and other programming languages for developing and refining deep learning models

* Research and implement large language models (LLMs) and contribute to their adaptation in Real World Data analysis

* Implement and apply Bayesian modeling techniques in multimodal data analysis

* Support troubleshooting, optimization, and potential updates of AI models to improve performance.

Qualifications:

* PhD in Computational Science, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome). Masters degree also acceptable with 5+ years of experience but prefer PhD.

* Proficiency in Python programming, with demonstrable experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.

* Understanding of large language models and applied experience in deploying AI/ML solutions.

* Familiarity with Bayesian modeling and its application within AI frameworks is an advantage.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience working at the intersection of AI and biology, with a focus on applying AI methodologies to biological data and research.

* Experience in image analysis using deep learning techniques.

* Experience in cloud computing environments

* Exposure to other programming languages or AI frameworks (e.g., BERT, LLAMA).
