Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science or related field required.
• 2+ years hands-on data science experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience with time-series data and statistics/machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python for big-data analysis and SQL databases.
• Experience with data cleansing, data quality, and analytics communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive analytic solutions in Python to drive business value.
• Develop algorithms, methods, and tools to ingest large data sets to predict outcomes. Generate semi-automated and automated decision systems in manufacturing and related areas.
• Generate descriptive visualizations and presentations to communicate insights.
• Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
• Perform rapid ad-hoc analysis and present results clearly starting from structured or unstructured datasets.
• Communicate advanced concepts to varied audiences and stay current with technology trends.
