Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field with 36 months of experience.
• Expertise in healthcare datasets (EMR, claims, SDoH), data quality analysis, and regression/outlier detection.
• Proficiency in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, Tableau visualization, and SQL for data analysis.
• Fully remote position within the United States with occasional travel for onboarding and team events.
• Collaborative culture focused on integrating data science into business workflows for enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced analytics and LLMs to analyze healthcare claims, authorization data, and identify trends and outliers.
• Train and deploy machine learning models for classification, anomaly detection, and automated decision support.
• Build scalable data pipelines using AWS Airflow, Python, and PySpark to process large datasets.
