Concord is seeking a Data Scientist to join our Analytics practice. You will work with client delivery teams and Concord’s own project leads, analysts, engineers, and fellow data scientists.

The role offers growth tracks in technical data & analytics, account leadership, and management, with a strong emphasis on storytelling with data. The ideal candidate brings deep analytical expertise, marketing context, and the ability to translate data into compelling stories.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Data & Analytics, preferably in sales analytics or consulting.
• Proven KPI design and measurement framework experience.
• Experience presenting results to executive-level audiences and influencing decisions.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured, actionable analyses.
• Self-starter who owns projects end-to-end with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define use cases.
• Optimize workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with cloud architects to design cost-effective, high-performance data solutions.
• Understand marketing analytics — CRM or channel analytics.
