Join PlanIT Group as a Data Scientist – Identity Focus dedicated to analyzing data related to fraud arising from identity verification and validation challenges. This role supports our existing team with advanced data engineering, machine learning, and data quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze identity fraud data to identify patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Architect and engineer large‑scale ML/AI solutions for anomaly detection, entity behavior evaluation, predictions, and data quality enhancement.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and other analytics tools.
• Design advanced data models and entity resolution strategies to support mission requirements.
• Implement ETL processes and transform workflows for highly structured and unstructured data.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a data engineer or data analyst.
• 3+ years of experience in architecting and engineering ML/AI solutions for large‑scale enterprise problems.
• Hands‑on experience with data platforms and analytics tools, specifically Databricks and Zingg.
• Proficiency in NoSQL, R, Python, and Spark.
• Experience with advanced data modeling, including entity resolution.
• Hands‑on experience implementing ETL technologies.
• Strong command of data visualization packages.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functional groups.
