Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in model development or validation.
  • Proficient Python and SQL (SAS a plus).
  • Excellent technical writing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage projects with limited direction in a team.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced documentation for internally- and vendor-developed models (regression to XGB, neural networks, graph).
  • Collaborate with developers to understand model workings and challenge methodologies.
  • Coordinate with technology and model users for deployments and future installations.
  • Work with model risk management, legal and compliance to validate and approve models.
  • Produce analytics to validate early model results against expectations.
  • Monitor models and share performance insights with stakeholders.
  • Support policy for AI models and mitigate associated risks.
  • Track changes post-deployment and update documentation.
  • Drive advanced model performance analytics beyond policy requirements.
