Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Data Scientist I to help design and validate predictive models, machine learning, and AI that improve operational, clinical, financial, and marketing processes.

You will work with teams to build analytical plans, analyze large datasets, and communicate results to stakeholders while contributing to end-to-end model pipelines and staying current with new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science or related field.
• Equivalent years of relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS or GCP) and modern data stack (Databricks or Snowflake) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design and validation of predictive models and ML/AI solutions across business units.
• Mine and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop algorithms to predict risk and understand drivers; detect outliers.
