Job summary

Endeavor Health in Skokie, IL is seeking a Data Scientist I to monitor Epic GenAI and predictive models, building Cogito/Nebula dashboards and automating quality checks. The role is hybrid and focused on patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with product, IT, and clinical teams, translating AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders and helping evolve analytics capabilities across care platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field and 2+ years' experience.
• Epic Cogito Fundamentals certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; able to work with Epic data sources.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated monitoring for predictive and GenAI models in Epic.
• Collect and preprocess data from Epic Chronicles, Caboodle, and data lakehouse.
• Assist end-to-end analytics lifecycle from PoC to production deployment.
• Document work and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to integrate model outputs into workflows.
