LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a motivated Data Scientist for the Data Science Accelerator Program (DSAP) in Alpharetta, GA. The two-year rotation offers exposure to analytical product development and collaboration with senior data scientists.

You will work on assembling datasets, applying ML techniques, and documenting results while learning the business and contributing to client-facing analytics. Hybrid work location with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in data science/analytics, CS, Math, Engineering, Economics or Business.
• Coursework or project experience in Python or R; SQL a plus.
• Interest in data analysis, predictive modeling & ML.
• Exposure to data viz tools (Tableau/Power BI) desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and clean large datasets for analysis.
• Merge and parse data to uncover trends and patterns.
• Apply statistical and ML techniques under supervision.
• Document model code, track results, and validate predictions.
• Create attributes and rules from raw data for analytics.
• Contribute to data visualization to communicate findings.
• Prepare responses to client inquiries on data or score outputs.
• Present results clearly in a team setting.
