Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a data science professional to build and deploy advanced analytics and predictive solutions for Caremark’s PBM member experience within the PBM Analytics team. You will design, validate, and deploy data science solutions including generative AI pipelines and predictive models.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership from data extraction to production deployment and monitoring, with an expectation to communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field or MBA strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical and operational experts to break down complex workflows, uncover bottlenecks, and convert requirements into technical implementations.
• Own end-to-end delivery: data extraction, modeling, production deployment, and lifecycle monitoring (testing, performance dashboards, alert thresholds).
• Extract, curate, and analyze large-scale operational data using SQL and Python.
• Communicate modeling results through clear, business-focused narratives and presentations for clinical and business leadership.
