Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, TX is seeking a Data Scientist within the Auto Finance Data & Analytics team to leverage advanced analytics and AI/ML to support product teams, build analytical solutions, and guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience in data science, ML, or a related field.
• Experience translating digital customer behavior into actionable insights for business leaders.
• Experience defining KPIs, building measurement frameworks, and monitoring anomalies in digital product performance.
• Proficiency developing predictive models and applying classification algorithms (e.g., logistic regression, k-NN, random forest, gradient boosting).
• Strong foundation in statistics for data analysis and experience with A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep analyses to generate actionable insights and recommendations for product innovation and growth.
• Present insights to business leaders using data-driven storytelling to guide strategy.
• Partner with Business, Product, and Technology teams to implement data-driven strategies and models.
• Develop and apply statistical analyses and models to identify trends and patterns in data.
• Leverage approved AI tools to accelerate analysis and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Analyze the end-to-end digital engagement funnel and recommend conversion improvements.
• Refine measurement frameworks and KPIs, highlighting anomalies to senior leaders.
