Ideal candidates will have strong Python/SQL skills, experience with Spark and Databricks, and the ability to translate business problems into analytical frameworks while delivering scalable data solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in data science, data analysis, data modeling, and business needs assessment.
• Associate's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in data science, data analysis, data modeling, and business needs assessment.
• High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience in data science, data analysis, data modeling, and business needs assessment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize business initiatives and structure projects for optimal success, considering budget, staffing, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate data science outputs effectively and support model development and deployment for actionable insights.
• Plan, organize, and manage resources to achieve objectives within scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Lead analytics initiatives from ideation through production and adoption, understanding analytics lifecycle and pitfalls.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytical solutions using Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, Fabric, and cloud platforms.
