Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and refresh CNA indicators at state, coalition, county, and sub-county levels.
• Apply indicator logic for need, supply, access, affordability, and service gaps.
• Evaluate measurement quality using reliability, construct and criterion validity, and dimensionality.
• Select and apply quantitative methods for descriptive/inferential analyses, trend analysis, and benchmarking.
• Apply data governance practices and protect sensitive data across projects.
