Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to establish long-term technical vision and implement production ML.
• Experience delivering data science initiatives with measurable business value.
• Translate complex questions into analytical data-driven solutions.
• Strong data architecture and data framework design experience.
• Hands-on Python and SQL for building scalable models.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Google Cloud.
• Advanced statistical methods and experimentation.
• Mentor data scientists and communicate with non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of a scalable data framework for evolving innovation needs.
• Architect and scale a Google Cloud data lakehouse and analytical layer.
• Develop data capabilities for ingredient selection, predictive formulation, experimentation, and product innovation.
• Partner with engineering to build scalable ML pipelines and rapid adaptation to business needs.
• Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models in production.
• Translate business and scientific questions into structured analytical problems and data-driven solutions.
• Identify high-value data science use cases and demonstrate measurable impact to leadership.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the data science function.
