Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain predictive models for forecasting, ticket routing, and customer service optimization.
  • Develop and manage a centralized CXO data mart, ensuring high standards of quality and accessibility.
  • Create and refine dashboards to track KPIs related to customer service performance, cost efficiency, and revenue.
  • Support experimentation, campaign analysis, and implementation of new data science initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment between data solutions and business objectives.


Requirements
  • Solid foundation in data science methodologies, including predictive modeling and data visualization.
  • Experience in managing data architecture and ensuring data quality across complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms like dbt, Airflow, AWS, Python, and GitHub.
  • Familiarity with customer service metrics and working knowledge of ticketing data.
  • Ability to turn business problems into data-driven strategies with clarity and precision.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
