Wyetech is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to support enterprise data processing within a mission-critical Intelligence Community cloud environment. You will work with Government stakeholders to identify requirements, extend bulk data pipelines, and enhance cloud-based applications.

The role demands extensive experience with Python, Spark, PySpark, ETL development, data modeling, SQL databases, and large-scale data processing, plus strong analytical and Agile collaboration skills to

Formación

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) is required.
• Experience using Apache Spark, PySpark, and Python for large-scale data processing.
• Experience with ETL development and data mapping/transformations.
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience developing analytical reports with CloudWatch and Kibana.
• Experience transforming structured and unstructured data into indexed, query-friendly datasets.
• Strong communication with Government stakeholders and Agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data processing capabilities using Python, Spark, and PySpark.
• Develop and optimize bulk data pipelines in enterprise cloud environments.
• Transform complex datasets for mission-critical applications and analytics requirements.
• Create scalable data processing solutions for structured and unstructured data.
• Perform data quality analyses and improve data accessibility and usability.
• Develop ETL processes and data dictionaries; maintain data pipelines with partners.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers to troubleshoot data processing issues and improve reliability.
• Interface with Government customers to document objectives and translate requirements into tasks.
• Support Agile development activities and deliver continuous improvements.
