Qualifications

• 1+ years of data science experience.
• 1+ years building and deploying ML models with real-world applications.
• Proficient in SQL and manipulating large datasets in Excel.
• Proficient in Python, R, C#, VBA, or similar tools.
• Able to explain technical projects to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Take on data science projects from start to finish with KPIs and reporting.
• Deliver high-quality analysis and predictive models to drive revenue through optimized bonus spend.
• Improve understanding of customer behavior and promotion effectiveness.
• Leverage AI carefully, managing AI risk and interpreting outputs.
• Develop new features for analysis, segmentation, and modeling.
• Create and evolve models to improve department KPIs and insights.
