David AI Labs, Inc. seeks a Data Scientist to turn data into decisions. You will identify high-impact problems, design experiments, and define metrics to govern the business, products, and operations.

You will build reliable ETL pipelines and data models, enabling trustworthy data and scalable insights. You will collaborate with product, engineering, research, and operations to shape the data roadmap, measure outcomes, and advance the company’s audio AI mission.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience on a cross-functional team as a product Data Scientist.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into clear recommendations.
• Experience in fast-paced environments owning work end-to-end.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools and agentic workflows, grounded in SQL and Python.

• Work cross-functionally to identify high-leverage business problems and drive them to resolution.
• Advocate your own POV on prioritization using data to shape the roadmap.
• Define core metrics measuring health of business, products, and operations; own the data dictionary.
• Own A/B experimentation end-to-end from hypothesis to decision.
• Design and build reliable ETL pipelines and data models making data trustworthy and usable.
• Engage across data science spectrum including experimentation, analysis, forecasting, dashboards, and modeling.
