Job summary

David AI in San Francisco seeks a Data Product Operations Lead to design and scale pipelines turning raw audio into high-quality datasets for frontier AI labs. You will own data products from prototype to scale, working hands-on to build workflows and validate with researchers.

You will lead cross-functional workstreams with Ops, Product and Engineering, monitor pipeline health, optimize throughput, quality and cost, and take full-stack accountability to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years in high‑intensity environments.
• Background in strategy consulting, operations, or CS.
• Systems thinker with scale design.
• Strong product intuition and collaboration with engineers/researchers.
• High‑execution operator, details matter.
• Collaborative and low‑ego, ready to roll up sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data pipeline from experiments to production.
• Design and run high-volume pipelines with reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with researchers to turn capabilities into workflows.
• Lead cross‑functional streams across Ops, Product, and Engineering.
• Monitor pipeline health, identify issues in sourcing, quality or process.
• Drive impact with metrics, prioritizing throughput, quality, and cost.
• Take full‑stack accountability across operations, product, engineering and customers.
