Work Type: Full Time (Total FTE between 0.9 and 1.0) Remote. Shift: Shift 1. Work Schedule: 8 Hr (8:00:00 AM - 5:00:00 PM).

Pay Range: $38.07 - $56.73 per hour.

This role plays a key part in designing, deploying, and managing AI-driven solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights—enhancing decision-making, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes. We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist to join our team. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic, operational, and clinical decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and data visualization, with a proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and analytics workflows, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into operational and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct ROI analyses and establish KPIs to measure the impact of analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical practices.
  • Provide training and documentation to support the adoption and understanding of analytics tools and models.
  • Participate in the lifecycle management of analytical models, including monitoring, retraining, and performance evaluation.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Informatics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and automation.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience delivering analytics or AI solutions with measurable impact
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI Foundry.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
  • Familiarity with modern analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric).
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic.
  • Knowledge of R for statistical modeling and healthcare analytics.
  • Exposure to agentic AI architectures (e.g., LLM-based agents, Semantic Kernel, LangChain).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Data Scientist Associate).
