L.E.K. Consulting in Boston is seeking a Data Scientist to join the DDA practice. You will build models, ML solutions, and analytic products that power client engagements and proprietary IP across industries.

You will collaborate with data scientists, strategy consultants and clients to translate complex analytics into measurable business outcomes, deploying models in cloud environments and contributing to state‑of‑the‑art tooling and methods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of applied data science experience with ML modeling and analysis.
• Fluency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end data science projects from concept to deployment.
• Deploy advanced ML models in client cloud environments for scalability and reliability.
• Guide clients on interpreting results and turning insights into actions.
• Develop analytical apps and tools using current ML methods.
• Collaborate with data scientists, consultants, and clients to deliver value.
