Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with Data Science focus.
• 2+ years of relevant data science experience.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex findings.
• Ability to design collection, cleaning, and analysis of large datasets.
• Proven experience applying advanced statistical methods and ML techniques.
• Experience programming in Python, R, or Scala.
• Active Secret (or higher) clearance; interim clearances acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop data analytics products, AI services, and enterprise data science capabilities.
• Design and develop collection, cleaning, transformation, and analysis of large, complex datasets.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions using LLMs, including prep, deployment, fine-tuning, evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM capabilities into products and decisions.
• Adhere to architectural governance and sustainable development practices.
• Support design of predictive analytics models using ML techniques.
• Help inform architecture and implementation of large-scale data analytics projects.
