Job summary

Teleflora is seeking a Data Scientist to lead forecasting, budgeting, and advanced analytics for our ecommerce business. You will drive AI adoption, build LTV and cohort analyses, and translate insights into executive-ready narratives.

The role is based in Oklahoma with a hybrid schedule, collaborating with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Science or Advanced Analytics, preferably in eCommerce.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and driving decisions.
• Proven ability to build or prototype AI-powered workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting models for revenue, orders, conversion rates, and AOV.
• Design and maintain LTV models; cohort analysis and retention modeling.
• Lead adoption of AI/LLM capabilities across analytics.
• Develop models for demand forecasting and customer behavior.
• Validate A/B test results and ensure robust readouts.
• Translate complex analyses into clear executive narratives.
