The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative skills with business judgment and a drive to deliver production-ready analytics that move real decisions forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, OR/CS, Economics, or Engineering.
• 3+ years of data science, analytics, ML, or related experience in business settings.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with real-world data and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with source control, reproducible analysis, and production models.

Responsibilities

• Explore data, develop features, and build analytical and ML models for business use cases.
• Evaluate models using technical and business metrics; document assumptions and limitations.
• Collaborate with SMEs to understand processes, decisions, constraints, and success measures.
• Partner with data engineers and FDEs to produce analytical logic and models.
• Create visualizations and presentations translating results into business impact.
• Contribute reusable code and documentation to raise analytics standards across the team.
