PlanIT Group in the DC Metro area seeks a Data Scientist to join our team in Arlington, VA with on-site commitment and flexibility for remote work as needed. You will develop data pipelines, design experiments, and build ML models to support audits and investigations.

We require strong SQL/Python, experience with NLP, ETL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Databricks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear documentation are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and JavaScript for data preparation and analysis.
• Experience applying ML/NLP techniques to real-world data.
• Ability to design, implement, and document analytics solutions for audits.
• Strong data storytelling and documentation skills.
• Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.
