Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in data science, CS, finance, or engineering.
• 1+ years of data science, analytics, or investment analysis experience.
• Proven ability to drive data-driven decisions with analytical models.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain data concepts.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or R for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience applying AI/ML to improve analysis and decision-making.
• Experience building data quality frameworks and data validation.
• Ability to document and follow tech and business best practices.

Responsibilities

• Enable data-driven decision-making through analytical solutions and models.
• Convey complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Use Python/SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
• Apply AI/ML techniques for predictive modeling and decision-making.
• Bridge investment personnel with IT and operations on process changes.
• Develop and deploy models using regression, classification, and clustering.
• Create interactive visuals (Power BI, Streamlit) to communicate results.
• Deploy data solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Utilize Snowflake and data warehouses to support analytics initiatives.
