Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a data scientist for the Monetization Products team. You will work with large, complex data sets and apply advanced analytical methods to drive monetization decisions and growth.

You will build scalable analysis pipelines, develop expertise in TikTok data structures, and communicate results to stakeholders to influence product strategy and optimization of ads products.

Qualifications

• BA, Master's or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience with statistical data analysis (linear models, multivariate analysis, stochastic models, sampling).
• Experience with statistical software (R, Python, MATLAB) and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Work with large, complex data sets and solve non-routine analysis problems with advanced methods as needed.
• Build and prototype analysis pipelines to provide insights at scale.
• Develop knowledge of TikTok data structures and metrics; advocate changes for product development.
• Interact cross-functionally; present findings to stakeholders with visuals of quantitative data.
• Research and develop analysis, forecasting, and optimization methods to improve TikTok ad products.
