Job summary

DataLab USA is looking for a skilled data scientist to build, implement, and maintain predictive models end-to-end for Fortune 500 clients. The role emphasizes turning data patterns into actionable insights to guide client strategies. The candidate will own model recalibration and deliver complex analyses while advancing analytics automation.

Ideally has 3–5 years in database marketing and data mining with SQL, Python/R, and Tableau proficiency; local to Germantown, MD for on-site work.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in a quantitative discipline or BS in a quantitative discipline with commensurate experience.
• Regular SQL use for querying data.
• Experience programming with at least one language.
• Use of statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
• Experience with Tableau (or other data visualization platform).
• Experience with Excel.
• Financial or insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of Database Marketing and Data Mining experience.

$90,000 - $125,000 a year

The base pay range provided serves as a general guideline. The final annual salary offered to the selected candidate will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, the scope and responsibilities of the role
