Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Solid foundation in statistical measurement and experimentation.
• Experience within the healthcare industry.
• Experience with medical claims data (strongly preferred).
• Healthcare domain experience, particularly Medicare and commercial insurance domains.
• Experience with BigQuery and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Exposure to clinical data, care path development, or healthcare navigation solutions.

Responsibilities

This role will focus on analyzing and modeling healthcare data to build and evaluate data-driven clinical journeys, applying statistical measurement and experimentation to improve outcomes across Medicare and commercial populations. The Data Scientist will design and analyze A/B tests to inform product and clinical decisions, work closely with other data scientists and business stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical solutions, and participate in weekly problem-solving sessions across data science sub-teams.
