The onsite role combines deep technical work with opportunities to bring new data science approaches into multiple active work streams. You’ll work with modern data and BI technologies while contributing to improved client reporting, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required due to government contract and/or clearance.
• Interim Secret clearance required to begin onsite work; Secret clearance must be maintained.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or STEM.
• 3–4 years of analytics and BI-focused experience, preferably in consulting.
• 3–4 years using Python, R, or other languages to build statistical models or analyze data.
• 3–4 years creating complex SQL queries and data structures.
• Experience with self-service BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects.
• Experience in an Agile-based environment.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting capabilities.

Join CGI Group, Inc. as a Data Scientist supporting a client’s mission to build an enterprise analytics platform in an agile environment. This onsite role in Washington, DC pairs deep technical work with opportunities to bring new data science approaches into multiple active work streams.

You’ll work with modern data and BI technologies while contributing to improved client reporting. • 3 to 4 years of experience creating complex SQL queries and functions, data structures, and strong analytical problem solving skills.
• Experience with self-service Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, etc.
• Experience working in an Agile-based environment.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting capabilities.
