Location: WFH Remote*
Compensation: Salary Range: $135,000 – $170,000 annually, depending on experience and location
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday

The Role:
- Design, build, and maintain a master data dictionary to standardize data definitions and improve data governance across the organization.
- Conduct exploratory and statistical analyses on clinical and marketing datasets to uncover insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Implement secure data transfer protocols, including the use of data safe rooms or other privacy-preserving technologies.
- Document data workflows, analytical methodologies, and data lineage to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Support regulatory and compliance efforts by ensuring data handling practices meet industry standards.
- Understanding data analytics and actionable data science
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with clinical or healthcare data, preferably in a pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security practices, including experience with data safe rooms or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry operations and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data governance tools or metadata management platforms.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, or other relevant data protection regulations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
