Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of six years of experience in predictive analytics or data analysis is required, with advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) preferred. The candidate should have at least four years of experience in training and validating complex models, with proficiency in Python for statistical analysis and machine learning tasks. • Produce comprehensive technical documentation to support knowledge sharing, risk management, and review processes.
  • Assess business requirements to recommend analytical projects that add measurable value.
  • Collaborate with business and analytics teams to prioritize modeling efforts and research initiatives.
  • Create and maintain a library of reusable, high-quality algorithms and supporting code to promote transparency and consistency.
  • Translate complex business questions into specific analytical tasks, execute analyses, and communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Manage project timelines, identify risks, and elevate issues to ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop best practices for collaboration with Data Engineering and IT teams to deploy production‑ready solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging techniques and technologies in data science and AI, actively seeking opportunities for continuous learning.
  • Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
