Job Role: AI/ML/NLP Engineer / Data Scientist

Experience: 4+ Years (Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience in ML/AI/Python is mandatory)

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an AI/ML/NLP Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our AI-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a proven track record of developing scalable AI solutions. Your ultimate objective will be to create highly efficient self-learning applications that can adapt and evolve over time, pushing the boundaries of AI technology. Responsibilities:

1. Study and transform data science prototypes.
2. Design machine learning systems, research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools.
3. Develop machine learning applications according to requirements.
4. Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods.
5. Run machine learning tests and experiments.
6. Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results.
7. Train and retrain systems when necessary.
8. Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks.
9. Keep abreast of developments in the field.
10. Develop machine learning models and AI solutions.
11. Test, deploy, and maintain AI systems.
12. Collaborate with data scientists and other engineers to integrate AI into broader system architectures.
13. Stay current with AI trends and suggest improvements to existing systems and workflows.
14. Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, in collaboration with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership.
15. Articulate and document the solutions architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubation.
16. Manage a team in conducting assessments of the AI and automation market and competitor landscape.
17. Serve as liaison between stakeholders and project teams, delivering feedback and enabling team members to make necessary changes in product performance or presentation.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5+ Years of relevant work experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP).
2. Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or AI Engineer or similar role.
3. Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
4. Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
5. Ability to write robust code in Python, Java, and R.
6. Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimization.
7. Experience with machine learning platforms, frameworks, and libraries.
8. Hands-on experience with frameworks like Keras or PyTorch and libraries like scikit-learn.
9. Excellent communication skills.
10. Ability to work effectively in a team.
11. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must-have Skills:

1. At least 5+ years of relevant experience in AI, ML, NLP.
2. Hands-on experience in data structures, algorithms, statistics, data modeling, and software architecture.
3. At least 5+ years of experience in Python and R programming.
4. At least 5+ years of experience with databases like SQL, NoSQL, and RDBMS.
5. Good hands-on experience with REST API and Generative AI (mandatory).
6. Expertise in frameworks like Keras or PyTorch and libraries like scikit-learn.

This is a 1-year renewable contract role, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
