  • Build and manage a lean, high-performing analytics team
  • Lead zero-downtime database migrations to improve speed, reliability, and compliance
  • Create dashboards and KPIs integral to C-suite strategy
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and clinical teams to align analytics with business goals
  • Act as a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor in all data initiatives
  • Balance leadership with execution—serving as architect, engineer, and analyst

  • Knowledge of data modeling, governance, and architecture
  • Track record of successful database migrations
  • Strong communicator with ability to translate data into insights
  • Proven team leadership with a hands-on approach
  • Experience using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for collaboration and documentation
  • Strong experience with Tableau (or a very similar BI tool) is required
  • Must have hands-on experience with MongoDB
  • Proficiency in Python is required
  • Candidates must submit examples of dashboards they have created
  • Candidates must also submit samples of complex data analysis they’ve performed
  • Healthcare data experience is highly preferred (if not required)
  • Financial data experience is also preferred
  • Experience with AWS tools is highly preferred

  • Fully remote position
  • A collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and professional development opportunities.
  • Pay Rate or Salary Range $180,000 - $220,000
