What you’ll do:

  • Analyze sets of Risk and Compliance data to understand core domain behavior.
  • Use large language models to build AI-enabled products.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor LLM Agents and shared prompt-based AI capabilities.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive plans of action through collaboration, probing, reflecting, and summarizing solutions.
  • Explore alternative product configurations, platforms, and implementation issues.
  • Participate in training opportunities to develop innovative solutions.
  • Assess risks and benefits of various approaches to technical problems.
  • Communicate problems to stakeholders effectively, knowing when to seek assistance.
  • Understand upstream and downstream dependencies of problems across applications and platforms.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and team members to ensure seamless integration of data-driven insights into products and services.

What you’ll need:

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Applied Economics, Statistics, or STEM with relevant experience in analysis, predictive modeling, data treatments, and coding.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a data scientist or in predictive modeling, specializing in ML, statistical modeling, and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of predictive modeling, statistics, and data science, with a desire for ongoing learning.
  • Experience with ML methods including transformer-based models, deep neural networks, reinforcement learning, adversarial learning, decision trees, and classical models.
  • Experience interacting with large language models and building model pipelines is preferred.
  • Desired experience with visualization tools (e.g., ggplot, d3.js, Matplotlib).
  • Proficiency in Python and either Spark or SQL.
  • Knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools like Pandas and NumPy.
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Ability to drive results through decision-making, technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to achieve results aligned with NAVEX core competencies: accountability, customer focus, results orientation, and trust-building.
