Задачи:

As a Data Scientist, you will join our established Power BI & Analytics team within the Global Business Center. You will contribute to the evolution of our data analytics landscape — from traditional reporting to predictive and intelligent insights. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about applied data science, automation, and AI, and wants to grow within a global organization with strong mentorship and learning opportunities. Support the development of machine learning models to address business questions such as demand forecasting, anomaly detection, and trend prediction. Prepare, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (ERP, operational, and financial systems). Assist in integrating AI-driven insights into Power BI dashboards and reports (e.g., using Python scripts, Azure Machine Learning models, or Power BI AI visuals). Explore opportunities to automate data processes and enhance the accuracy of analytics outputs. Collaborate with senior team members to design proof-of-concept (PoC) projects for AI and machine learning use cases. Support data governance and documentation of data sources, logic, and model results. Communicate findings and analytical results in a clear and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders. Keep up to date with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and Power Platform technologies.

Требования:

• Masters’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series).
• Knowledge of Python (preferred) or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
• Familiarity with Power BI or another data visualization tool.
• Understanding of SQL and data modeling principles.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and curiosity for data-driven insights.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• University project or internship involving machine learning or AI model development.
• Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, or Jupyter Notebooks.
• Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Experience integrating Python models into Power BI or Excel.
• Awareness of Responsible AI principles and data ethics.

The starting salary is at min 2 500 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria. This amount is our minimal offered salary. Clarios values each and every candidate and we ensure our compensation package aligns with your professional experience and your expectation.
