Job Duties: Create complex analyses and reporting to provide insights at scale that support growth strategies and empower data-informed decision-making; Visualize and articulate analytics results to make it easy for stakeholders to interpret and take actions; Help stakeholders identify new opportunities through data analysis, segmentation, and predictive modeling; Work closely with multiple business teams to understand their priorities and analytics needs; Design proper measurable tests for support strategies; Create, monitor, review, and analyze reports and dashboards, take initiative to fix issues that arise and conduct root cause analyses. Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permissible.

Job Requirements: The position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or other closely related degrees and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or other closely related degrees. The position also requires coursework or experience in: Python to implement code for statistical analysis, data visualizations, and machine learning models; Writing SQL code to build database and data pipeline; Building machine learning prediction models that help the company increase profits; Building deep learning frameworks for product recommendation and product tagging; Sagemaker for machine learning; Developing dashboards that visualize core monetization metrics; Building data pipeline and extract, transfer, and load raw data into database.

Salary and Benefits: $113,300 - $123,300/yr. Salary ranges listed in compliance w/ local regs & reps a potential base salary range for this role. Actual salaries may vary depending on exp & location.
